About us
Order-to-table, not buffet-to-tray
All-you-can-eat usually means a steam table and a compromise. We run it differently: you order from the full menu as many times as you like, and each round is cut, rolled, and plated when the ticket prints.
Fish comes in six mornings a week, rice is seasoned in small batches, and the hibachi grill runs all day. Bring a group, take your time, and order the torched salmon twice.
